Is Payroll outsourcing suitable for my business?
Yes, payroll outsourcing is suitable for any business. At NK Payroll & Accounting, I focus on start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises covering all industries. Whether you have one or two-hundred employees, I can handle it professionally and confidentially.
How does it work?
I will work specifically to your needs. I can provide you with a timesheet template if you don’t have your own. Within this, we will document all relevant information – employee name, rate of pay, hours worked, or salary, depending on the arrangement.
The timesheet I provide will also calculate your gross payroll charge for the period for your own records. Otherwise, I can work with a report generated by you from your clock in system.
From there, I use this information to process the payroll, submitting your PSR (Payroll Submission Request) with each pay run to Revenue. You can receive a payroll summary report or a bank disk to make payments to employees.

I will calculate tax, PRSI and USC on your behalf, ensuring that you are complying fully with all relevant legislation. As an employer, you are obliged to submit an online return to Revenue with each payrun – I will take care of this. I can also set you up with the monthly direct debit to Revenue to discharge your employee deductions and employers PRSI.
Can you help me remain compliant with the WRC (Workplace Relations Commission)?
Yes, from ensuring you have signed timesheets, to complying with the minimum wage and wage laws, public holiday pay, holiday pay, statutory sick pay, maternity/paternity leave.
